Order Processing and Delivery: 

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your order before dispatch. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is between 7-10 business days, depending on your location and our stock availability. Note that delivery times may be affected by national holidays. Every order is shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress every step of the way. 

International Shipping: 

We ship globally! Delivery times for the US, UK, Canada, and Europe are 8-10 business days. For Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and all others, expect 10-20 business days. 

Duties and Taxes: 

We are not responsible for import duties and taxes as each country sets its own policies which are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for covering any applicable duty and tax charges associated with their orders. These charges are not included in the total purchase price at checkout. It is essential to understand and adhere to customs regulations and import duties. Upon arrival, the local customs office may contact you to provide information about duty and tax charges and facilitate payment. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the return of your order to us, with additional fees incurred. We encourage customers to check with local customs or tax authorities for potential charges before placing an international order. 

Tracking Your Order: 

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID and a link to our tracking page. If the tracking information does not appear within 3-5 business days, please contact us for assistance. 

Handling Delays: 

We aim for timely delivery, but unexpected delays can occur beyond our control, such as customs, holidays, or postal delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations. In case of a delay, we will update you via email with the latest information and efforts to resolve the issue. For further assistance, contact our support team at any time. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our customer support team via email.
